You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges.
Intellectual property
Servora and its original content, features and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. Your restaurant’s own content remains yours.
Limitation of liability
Servora is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Servora after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
